STEP1.
countN2.IPL　→　replace files in maps / country folder
countN2.IDE　→　replace files in maps / country folder

STEP2.
SFn.IPL　→　replace files in maps / SF folder
SFn.IDE　→　replace files in maps / SF folder

STEP3.
gta.dat　→　replace files in data folder

STEP4.
gta3X.IMG　→　add files in models folder

STEP5. [ CS activate key press Num9 ]
telepo Num9.CS　→　add files in CLEO folder
